ANALISIS PENGARUH PERCEIVED PRICE FAIRNESS DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN (STUDI PADA KEIBAR CIPUTAT)
ABSTRACT
This research was intended to get data and information required as material
input in the preparation of a scientific work, to obtained a clarification on the influence
of the quality of services and perceived price fairness to customer satisfaction .In this
study focused only on the quality of service and perceived price fairness of keibar to
customer satisfaction .
Writer take an object research keibar because keibar as a newcomer founded in
2013 but capable of producing earnings and profit hundreds of millions of dollars per
month .
The purpose of this research in general is to find and analyze whether there is a
positive influence between tangible , reliability , responsivenese , assurance , emphaty
and perceived price fairness with customer satisfaction Keibar .
From the results of this study indicate that the perceived price fairness,
Tangibles, Responsiveness and Assurance has a positive impact on consumer
satisfaction, while Reliability and Emphaty not have a positive impact on consumer
satisfaction.
