 <note><![CDATA[The aim of this research was to study the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and job satisfaction influence on the performance of innovative in Zalora Indonesia. The object of this research is Zalora Indonesia and the subject is people who work in Zalora Indonesia.

This study is uses non-probability sampling method to the data distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents in accordance with IT , Marketing , Production , Business Intelligence department. The result of questionnaires was analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. This study has produced two outcomes: first, the t-test result show that job satisfaction has positive influence to in-role performance. Second the t-test result that job satisfaction has positive influence to innovative performance. Job satisfaction has more positive influence to innovative performance than in-role performance.

Since the result job satisfaction is significant positive influence to innovative performance. Management should be evaluated their reward for employee that have good innovation to their job. Besides management should evaluate performance management system that support employee improve in-role performance.
