 <note><![CDATA[Turnover intention is one of the most important factors in a company. Companies should be able to reduce the number Turnover Intention that the stability of the quality of products that the company could have well preserved. According to Valentine (2011), there are several factors influencing that, Coporate Ethical Values and Job Satisfaction. 

This study focuses on the search form to the second confirmatory factors. This study started from January 2016 to August 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, Validity Test, Test The reliability and suitability of the Model, as well as the data were processed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 22.

These results indicate that the Corporate Ethical Values does not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention either directly or indirectly. The only variable affecting Job Satisfaction Turnover Intention negatively. Hasi The implications to management, practitioners, and academics is the need to consider policies related to Job Satisfaction level employees in suppressing the number Turnover Intention.
