 <note><![CDATA[Human resources are the most important resource in a company. Therefore, the management of the company should be able to manage its human resources properly in order to achieve job satisfaction for employees. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on on turnover intention. The research was carried out at PT. Bank XXX – Jakarta which object was permanent employees. The data used in this study is primary data obtained using a questionnaire data collection instrument. The population in this study were all 51 permanent employees of PT. Bank XXX. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques of correlation and regression model used to test the hypothesis which assisted by application program SPSS verion 19. The research finding figures that job satisfaction has negative influence to turnover intention
