 <note><![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze whether Discipline Work Variable and Overload Job have a significant influence on Performance Employee of PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia especially Machining Division.

The sampling method is to use a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample is 41 employees. The data collection methods used questionnaire. Testing performed by instrument into the validity and reliability testing. Testing requirements analysis conducted with the test of normality and homogeneity tests.
Based on these results, simultaneous two independent variables Discipline Work and Overload Job influence by 61,3% on Performance Employee of PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, Machining Division.

Conclusion from this study that Discipline Work Variable and Overload Job have dominate against the effects of Performance Employee of PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia especially Machining Division.
