Peran Pemegang Saham, Profil Kepemilikan, Dominasi dan Konflik Kepentingan serta Implementasi Regulasi terhadap Penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) di Provinsi Lampung
This study examines the influence of shareholder roles, ownership profile, ownership dominance and conflicts of interest, and regulatory implementation on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices in Rural Banks (BPR) in Lampung Province. The study is motivated by the increasing number of BPR license revocations associated with weak governance, shareholder dominance, conflicts of interest, and low regulatory compliance. Using a quantitative survey approach and PLS-SEM analysis, the research evaluates the governance behavior of shareholders as a key determinant of governance quality. The findings are expected to demonstrate that active shareholder participation, balanced ownership structures, effective conflict-of-interest management, and strong regulatory implementation significantly enhance GCG practices. The novelty of this study lies in integrating shareholder behavior dimensions with the governance framework introduced under POJK No. 49/POJK.03/2024.
