Pengaruh Stabilitas Arus Kas, Intensitas Aset Tetap, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Kasus pada Perusahaan Logistik yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Periode 2020–2024
This study aims to analyze the effect of operating cash flow stability, fixed asset intensity, and capital structure on firm value, with firm size and liquidity as control variables. The research was conducted on logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The analytical method employed in this study is panel data regression using EViews software. The results indicate that operating cash flow stability has a significant effect on firm value, with a negative relationship. Fixed asset intensity and capital structure do not have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, firm size as a control variable has a significant positive effect on firm value, while liquidity shows a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the independent variables significantly affect firm value. The Adjusted R-squared value suggests that the model has strong explanatory power in describing variations in firm value. These findings imply that cash flow-related information and firm characteristics play an important role in determining firm value, particularly within logistics sector companies.
