Pengaruh perilaku organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan tetap PT. Bank X Kantor Wilayah III



This research study the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction towards Affective Commitment and Turnover Intention. The sample of this study were 112 staff level employees (back office and frontliner) of PT. Bank X regional offices III. The result of this research shows that Perceived Organizational Support negatively affect Turnover Intention, Affective Commitment negatively affect Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction negatively affect Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support positively affect Affective Commitment and Job Satisfaction positively affect Affective Commitment.
