 <note><![CDATA[This study aims to identify and clarify the picture of the task conflict, relationship conflict, and work stress, and employee performance. Identify and analyze the effect of task conflict, relationship conflict, and work stress significantly on employee performance. Basically, the task conflict, relationship conflict, and job stress triggered the decline of employee performance. Conflicts task, relationship conflicts and job stress were measured at the time of followers job satisfaction, which in turn will lead to a decrease in employee performance.

This study is classified as a survey with descriptive analysis method by taking samples and questionnaire as the main data. The sample in this study is a Junior Auditor Ernst & Young Indonesia, Jakarta. Respondents were selected using snowball sampling nonprobability techniques.The sampling and analysis results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the results will be summarized as follows: 1). Task conflict has a negative and significant effect on a Junior Auditor Ernst & Young Indonesia, Jakarta. 2). Task conflict has a negative and significant effect on a Junior Auditor Ernst & Young Indonesia, Jakarta. 3). Task conflict has a negative and significant effect on a Junior Auditor Ernst & Young Indonesia, Jakarta.
