Pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru tetap pada 5 SMA Negeri Jakarta Selatan
The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and financial compensation to job satisfaction of teachers, in schools that have experienced downgrades period of one year. This study is the fifth school in south Jakarta area who suffered downgrades with a sample size 70. The model data analysis in this study using SPSS ((Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), the results of this study the financial compensation to the allowance appropriate to the risks of work, remuneration timely influence the most significant among other variables of organizational culture and work environment.
