Human resources is the most important for thhe company. Therefore every company must pay attention to the factors that support performance.
This research aims to analyze training and financial compensation that influence performance employee. Study on full-time employee in Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia. This research use questionnaire as a means of collecting data and processed by the program SPSS 17.0.0 as data processing.
Based on the result of this reseach can be inferred that there was a signifivant positive influence between financial compensation and positive influence between training.
