 <note><![CDATA[Basically, the work environment is supporting to increased of employee performance. Good working environment and comfortable can support employees to work more effectively with fast, precise, focused and carefully so that employees are not easily stressed, bored, and stay motivated in their duties that will ultimately lead to improvements in the performance of the employee and the company.
This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive analysis method by taking sample and using questionnaire as the main data. The sample in this research is frontline employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta. The respondents are chosen by using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would be summarized as below:
1. There are positive and significant influence between training toward employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.
2. there are positive and significant influence between empowerment toward employee performance at pt. bank mandiri (persero) tbk, jakarta.
3. Reward has positive and significant influence toward employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.
4. There are positive and significant influence between supportive management toward employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.
5. Service technology has positive and significant influence toward employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta.
